AMR Private cloud
The database is hosted in your own Linux server or datacenter. You have the access keys to the cloud and can change them when you like. Printer data travels from end client to your database thought the AMR communications server.
Data can be accessed from any device with internet access.
On premises - In your own server
Database is hosted in your own local server. It can be only accessible from inside your network. It allows faster access to data, specially if you have integrations with third party softwares. Printer data travels from end client to your database thought the AMR communications server.
You have to take care of the hardware maintenance and Windows software updates. To allow clients open a ticket or field technicians to access printer data on mobiles, you'll need to open a port in your server.
